Honestly, the staff on the night shift were some of the rudest servers I have ever encountered. One employee, whose name I wish I had gotten, only came to our table about three times. For nearly 45 minutes, we didn't see her at all, even though she was busy checking in on other tables. By that time, all we had were our drinks and an appetizer.
When she finally did check on us, she told us we couldn’t order because the kitchen was closed, even though she had never asked us if we wanted to order before the kitchen shut down (and we definitely did!). Iam a nurse who works alot. My husband is currently deployed, tonight I did a Doordash order. Got 6 wings with ranch. Side salad with ranch and Italian. Gets here bo ranch no Italian no napkings fork nothing..I call the one on Allentown in lima ohio. The girl answers I explained what happened she says well there's nothing I can do about that! I said wait so I pay for stuff n don't get it all. She says you don't pay for dressing..um yes it's included in the price for one..she was VERY rude, I ask to talk to a manager, she hangs up on me! I try calling back twice she answers n hangs up! Then I had a family member call back who btw is a navy veteran! And she is rude to him, tells him the manage...
I really was like “oh let me cheer myself up and get this to eat” and didn’t get my drink, got slimy rotten celery and carrots, my macaroni bowl was covered in dried food on the outside and the macaroni itself was so dry. At that point I ended up throwing my entire order away because it smelled so bad as well. So thank you for that because that was super upsetting to be honest.
I love the food when it's good. However, if it isn't, don't expect the managers to resolve the issue. They seem indifferent to providing customer service and only do the bare minimum.

I enjoyed the Mushroom and Swiss burger, and it was absolutely delicious. As for accessibility, there are designated handicap parking spots available.
It was a b-dubs, the food was better than normal. It was late, and the service was lacking.
