Buffalo Wild Wings

Eat well. Waiter good. Managers are definitely NOT customer service oriented. Today we were unable to pay when we finished dinner because their computer went down. 30 minutes later we waited for payment and departure. A manager says waiter? Just give them drinks and let them wait.? We waited 10 minutes and I didn't ask the manager to have a backup system and he said no. He said it was another 20 minutes. Finally, the waiter brought out a manual paper copy scanner for credit cards. Suddenly, her computer system started working. The manager apologised by explaining that they didn't want to do the paper process because they had to clean everything later and it was a lot of trouble. I asked the customer who had to wait 45 minutes. He's shroff. Bottom line, he just didn't care about customer inconvenience. Bad for business. There are other places for wings to go where the business takes care of its customers. I don't want to go back there.

Tonight I brought my 5 kids out to have a nice outing. It was busy per usual but not organized. We never got any refills until we were leaving, she didn't come check on us not one time, I couldn't even get a alcohol beverage. We had to ask for napkins and when she did bring them it was like maybe 4 for 6 people. I made a complaint to the manager and he look like I was singing another sad live song, but he took care of the matter by subtracting $10 off. I don't think I would go back and just wasn't the experience I expected!

I was often here and the food was good and the bartender friendly. Since it was Tuesday, it was busy because of the wing special. The wings were good as usual and my wife ordered the Buffalo chicken sluice with fries, but could not finish them as we ordered cheese sticks for our appetizers. The design beer was cold and a fair selection on Hahn. There are bottles and cans, but I prefer the design of beer. We will definitely come back in the future.

I wasn't in this place since the beginning of college, and I was absolutely amazed by the service. My friend and I decided to eat there for lunch, and immediately we were met with the most beautiful staff. Our server Jamar was great and his recommendations were on point. He even recommended to go out of menu caramel with our appetizer for just a perfect experience.

My best friend and I just had the absolute best waitress!! Bri was very attentive and ensured that not only my table, but all her tables were taken care of!! She has the best friendly personality and amazing service! The food was amazing as always! I highly recommend it!
