What a disappointment this Monterey park location was... we've been to other locales that were welcoming, inviting, and professional. This place seemed like it was run by high school drop outs. No jovial greeting, no smiles. They seemed to forget they work for tips. The bartender, without a smile, asked what I wanted. A small taste of the featured beer please, i asked with a smile. She poured me a taste, dropped it on the bar then promptly walked away. She was not busy, just not a very personable bar tender. Didn't wait to see if i wanted to get a full one or not, or even what I thought.Not a manager to be found. The place felt more like a neighborhood dive bar than a corporate chain restaur...

I had never tried bww until this one order and I can confidently say I will never order it again lol. Their yelp rating of between 1-2 stars average is truly accurate imo. I would say the worst part was the portion. Their prices are absolute insanity for how teeny tiny everything is. I honestly can't imagine one person I know who would try this once and then come back. It's such a rip-off. I can't comment on the ambiance because we got to-go, but no good service in the WORLD could save this price-to-portion scam. Literally every single one of my friends that I split this order with said it wasn't worth the price and that it was a fail lol. Hard pass.

Food was fine, no complaints there. Atmosphere was great. We went in to watch a basketball game and it was nice bc everyone was cheering together : you can express your joy or pain on the game freely lol! So if you don't like loud restaurants, this may not be for you. Unfortunately, service has been a bit disappointing... we went in for an order one day and we ended up having to explain the wing Tuesday deal to the employee... kind of strange. Again, food is fine but if you do not have a lot of time to just wait for a table and wait to be served, there are many other food options in the plaza to try :

Food comes out quick, service is ok. New people take their sweet time cleaning off the tables so you're just there with trays. New girl didn't know how to do her job and asked to see my rewards and then ended up refunding them because she clicked the refund so I couldn't use it. Talked to manager and he was absolutely no help. Will never come back here again.

I never right reviews but this visit was absolutely not a good experience we were a part of 2 we ordered the half bone in wings and bone out wings both were extremely dry and hard they tasted old and the coleslaw was just lettuce with thrown dressing on top it was disgusting the bill was 68.00!! I won’t be going back over priced for trash food

Honestly, this place is already shameful, Buffalo, it was one of the best, and now it is disgusting garbage, in the floor disgusting they don’t clean nothing ? , things are poorly done they don’t clean the bathrooms.I won’t come back

Took the hottest boneless wings they can offer- did not disappoint!!! Good place for wings and beer, especially during happy hour. One of my favorite chain fast food places in the States.

Bad service, always out of beer and food, service is very slow and poor . Have complained and management doesn’t really care. We reader drive a little further to the one in Downey.

If you're craving for comfort food late at night this is the place. Good food and quick service.
