Sadly, Buffalo wild wings was one of my favorite place to go. Every time I go and I scan a receipt just for fun. As soon as you’re trying to get your redeem and it didn’t go thru . Just talked to the people there and they said they have nothing todo with it, they cannot do nothing because it’s a third-party app. So if you want to do for fun do it but if you’re actuallytrying to use your points, redeem the points because you’re not gonna be able to do it. Make sure you have enough money inyour pocket to pay it off. This just happened to me at Buffalo wild Wings Eureka Rd., Detroit, MI they suck.
The food quality is awesome. The options are a bit limited. I wanted the appetizer sampler and would have liked to have the custom options like most restaurants. Ordered the burger and it was no different than say a burger you get at Applebee's orChillis. The service was great until it took like 30 minutes to get our bill while or server as sitting at a table with otheremployees.
The waitress at Buffalo Wild Wings was fantastic and very apologetic, but our food took over an hour to arrive for our party of eight. The fries were served cold. Despite the delay, the waitress provided excellent service, even as several other tables that arrived after us were served and finished before we were. The menu has great options, but hopefully the timing improves.
9-3-2022 7:50 pm, Ordered the 20/20 for $40 family bundle. Ordered 10 blazing, 10 Carrib Jerk, 10 SBBQ and 10 Garlic Parm. My 10 Blazing only had 7 pieces and 2 wing tips. So not only was I going to be short they gave me 2 pieces that I didn't evenwant. The rest of the order was fine.

Haley was our server on Veterans Day, and she was amazing! So friendly and professional, she promptly brought straws and waters right after taking our order. She was very detail-oriented, which we truly appreciated—and her managers should recognize that as well!
We had a fantastic lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings on Mother's Day. The entire staff was charming and incredibly friendly, which made for an exceptional experience for our group of 18. The service was quick, and everyone left feeling happy and satisfied.
This restaurant has consistently provided excellent food for years. I've been there multiple times in the past few weeks, and every dish has been on point. The wings were cooked perfectly, with no rubbery skin at all. It's definitely worth a visit.
The food is quite good, and the restaurant is mostly clean. There's a waitress named Brandie who is outstanding! She's always lovely and ensures you have everything you need.

My wife and I had a great experience with both the service and the food at this restaurant. We opted to try their tacos and were delighted by how tasty they turned out to be.
