if they want a place for a quick start, it won't be their jam. we came to the time that our order should have been ready and continued to wait another 35 minutes. men who were ordered before the place received their orders before we received ours. the manager came out when he was finally finished, and “good” asked us to go. no apologies, no explanation, no attempt to help us understand how it took over an hour to prepare food for three people. it would have been faster if we were to dive than to go out. makes sense, right?
The restaurant was very dirty. It looked like multiple plates of food were spilled on the floor. Service and food were good, but the kitchen staff messed up my order so bad that the manager comped my meal. My wife and kids didn't have any problems with their orders, so that's a plus. Probably won't be going back to this place for a very long time based on the overall experience...
Food was good. Fried pickles were hot but seemed like they should have cooked a little longer. Wait staff was pretty good. Cleaning needs some focus. Table could have been cleaner. Women's bathroom was quite disgusting. Looks as if it hasn't been touched in quite some time. Would give it another chance to redeem but probably won't be soon.
A Saturday dinner but service was awful. 2 of us got sandwiches and finished before our grandsons ever got their wings. They forgot the fries for my order and bought them 30 minutes after I finished my meal. Also staff had masks on EXCEPT they wore them either under their chin or with their nose eexpose. Why bother wearing them then?
