My recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I knew this would be a regrettable experience. The service, or rather the lack of it, was appalling.To begin with, the wings I ordered were served ice-cold, drowning in an excessive amount of sauce. I couldn't even bring myself to finish them. When I politely asked the waitress if they could be replaced, I was met with a blatant refusal.My choice of beverage was equally disappointing. I ordered an Allagash White, but what I received was a completely different beer. I had the worst experience at this restaurant. We arrived at 5:45pm and there were hardly any tables in the dining room. It took the server about 10 minutes to come over and she didn't even greet us with her name, just asked us what we wanted to drink. Our drinks were delivered promptly, but we waited 25 minutes for her to come back and take our order, which she never did. We saw her chatting with other tables, going behind the bar, and complaining to the host about being over-seated. A large party of 10 people came in after us and were greeted and served before us. Went in this afternoon for lunch. We sat ourselves at a table in the bar area. They were short staffed but not busy. Waitress brings menus and walks away without taking drink order. A good five min later asks if we're ready to order. We said drinks yes and ordered two beers. About 8 min goes by and then they're poured. And they sit waiting for pickup. Waitress comes out of kitchen to deliver food to another table then goes to the bar area right next to our drinks. She stays there talking to other servers for 3-4 min. Finally she begins walking over with drinks for the table next to us who came in after us. That's when we walked out. We couldn't get a drink at our table for over 15 min.
This place is horrible I gave this place a second chance to make it right Every time I come here it disappoints.I came here the other day I always order wings and the ultimate nacho with brisket, and the number of nachos and brisket(pay $3 for this) was like kids menu chips with probably half a once of brisket. After complaining about the amount of brisket and nachos the manager brought a plate with more brisket, however, the manager charged me more for that. According to the manager, every order comes with 3 oz this place has the worst buffalo wild wings.

Went in on 10/5 at 8:35pm. No one up front, had to sit ourselves. Sat for 25 minutes, never got to order. Told two different people walking around that we wanted to order. Bartender girl was too busy on her phone since we walked in to help. Multi take-out people were mad and waiting a long time too. For the 25 minutes we were there, I never saw any food come out for anyone else either. This is the 3rd and last time I 'll ever go here, as it has happened before. Read other reviews and watch for the generic response to this review. Just sad.
The restaurant was dirty and the service was terrible. We had to constantly search for our waitress to get anything we needed. The seats we were seated at were dirty with food and liquids, so we had to ask for them to be cleaned. There were dirty napkins scattered around and under our table, and it looked like the floor hadn't been properly cleaned in days. Overall, I would not recommend going back to this place.
Couldn’t even tell you how the food was. I waited 15 minutes to be seated cuz no one was manning the front counter, no one was behind the bar, and I didn’t see any servers. Idk if anyone works at this restaurant but from what I can see it’s unlikely. On my way to the longhorn steakhouse next door now, wish me luck ?
The service was terrible, simply terrible. After waiting for 20 minutes and only receiving drinks, we decided to leave $5 on the table and go. The server spent more time talking to other staff about being busy than actually serving us. We didn't even get the opportunity to order food.

The orders were messed up, not the proper sauce. When we placed the order it said it would be done by a certain time but was 10 minutes longer. And to top it off there were only 3 tables being served inside. A bit disappointing, we've never had problems
