Tonight, we went to this restaurant for dinner and were very disappointed. We were not greeted upon entering and had to wait a few minutes for a table for four. Once seated, we noticed that our table was dirty and no one came to clean it or offer us supplies to do it ourselves. We ended up cleaning it with the water and napkins we were given after we ate. Our waitress was not attentive to our needs and avoided making eye contact while talking to us. She left immediately after taking our order and never asked if we needed refills for our drinks. I’ve tried to give bdubs the benefit of the doubt but there are too many problems every-time I come here. Tables are always filthy, as well as the menus. I get cold food every time, and it’s not even busy during lunch hours and I can honestly see why. I don’t like complaining when I go out somewhere, this is the basics that should be a non issue. I don’t want anything for free, I just want to point out the issues I always have.
Visited during lunch time. The restaurant was busy than is seen in recent times. Lunch took 1:05 to complete. It was not the servers fault, she was trying her best and she was overloaded. Like many restaurants this location clearly has a staffing issue. This isn't a reason to stay away. Just make sure you factor in the extra time if your lunch hour is tight.
Came in at 9:00 said they need an ID that I’m 18+ when I’m literally 32 but okay I guess I’m pretty sure I looked looked enough, came back at 9:45 they said they can’t take anymore din ins due to maintenance issues. Then proceeds to tell me that they cut staff, Why would u cut staff if you don’t close till 11. This was ridiculous

beautiful clean location, spacious with sufficient equipment, better than some other bww standorte. our server was very slow, had to wait long for our eating, but as soon as manager, the name is, I can't remember possibly dinna, she came a situation quickly to wake up, very nice and professional. eating was also quite good.
Check your take out orders before you leave! Incompetent staff leave things out and when questioned they say they tried to give it to you. Obviously not very hard. Overpriced and like I said, incompetent staff. And after trying the chicken, a total waste of time and money. Try McDonalds and save...
Me and my family always come to this location because of the customer service we receive from waitress her name is Luxie. She always goes above and beyond and gives us the best experience when We come. Always positive and good energy hard worker
Assuming shortage of staff, our table never got waited on even with changing tables. Great location for this restaurant but unfort. even the cleanliness was lacking.

These Buffalo Wild Wings are the best I have ever been to. As a big fan of BW, I have visited locations all over the country.
