Buffalo Wild Wings

No one came over to check on us, even with our multiple complaints. We also asked to have the TV changed to a specific football game, but instead, they had a boxing match on with the sound up. We were the only ones in the room, yet we were informed that the game couldn’t be played with sound. Every time we made a request regarding the TVs, the volume seemed to be cranked up instead, making it deafening. It wasn’t until another table was seated in the same room and requested the volume be lowered that the noise finally decreased. Thank goodness, as we were having to shout just to communicate with one another.

We waited an hour and a half for food that we never received because the cook was prioritizing a large party that arrived after us and was skipping orders. During this time, one of the employees went into the bathroom and was loudly cursing while talking to someone on her phone, saying she was going to harm them, all while my two young daughters were present. We will not be returning. The manager was informed of both situations, yet we were still charged over $20 for drinks and an appetizer.

Went here to watch the Carolina football game, after all we are in North Carolina. Apparently they don 't put the Carolina game over the sound system because a group of OSU fans meet to watch the game on Saturdays so there 's "nothing they can do about it. "I wonder if an Ohio bar would be playing anything other an the OSU game, and what would they tell me if I asked them to switchit to the team I root for? That 's ok, I 'll go to Kick Back Jacks from now on ????????

I drove over 60 miles round trip just to dine at Buffalo Wild Wings. Despite the restaurant being quite empty, it took nearly 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive after we ordered. They also got one order wrong and informed us it would take another 12 minutes to fix it. Additionally, they forgot part of another order. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had the worst experience ever! They were out of Chardonnay, having run out the day before and not restocked. As for the chips and salsa, the chips tasted unpleasant, almost like they had been cooked in dirty oil.

We really enjoy coming here, especially the rewards program when it’s functioning properly. However, it tends to be excessively loud, even when the restaurant isn’t busy.
