Never been to a restaurant where no one is getting served food. Seems like everyone got one round of drinks then forgot about. Got in at 7:40pm didn't get served til 9pm that's an hour sitting at the table and managed to get our bill and pay after nearly 35 mins of sitting waiting. We managed to leave at 10:30pm. Food was cold, soda was just carbonated water with no flavoring. Blue moon glass was cracked and I had to send that back also. The floor of the restaurant on the carpeted side was a complete nightmare as I made my way to the restroom. I have no idea what staff is doing? No pride in work no conversation no nothing like I'm a bother for wanting to eat here. Nothing like how it use to...
I wish i can give this location 0 stars. Waited to be seated just to be made to wait again for drinks….then missing drinks or wrong ….then no food.. then told we are backed up whileI hear laughing nonstop. 3 hours in and no food and no one to have the decency to give us a heads up. Second location i go to Buffalo and I am dissatisfied to the point I had to walk out this time. To add insult to injury one of the waitresses had the audacity to give me a dirty look. I have spent a lot of time and money coming to these establishments but as of lately service is far below par to the point I will no longer go to any Buffalo.
Always really liked this place when I was in college many years ago. Now it become a prominent chain restaurant in many towns across the US, I think it has lost a little bit of the magic of what makes it great. When we visited yesterday it was very understaffed. Our server tried its best to make the worst situation manageable but I won?t consider it a great experience. In terms of food, many of the wings tasted blend and the hot really isn?t that hot. I think nostalgia might be making this place worse than it really is?
change my original review. they are back on their old ways and habits. When I arrived five minutes after the pick-up time, I was told that they were going to bag my food. four orders were taken before me. they were not for the extra twenty minutes I waited. No apologies, here's your food. they had to get the drink because they never checked the order. if it's a slower time, they might try them if not, not disturb them.

Came in and waited for 3 hrs no food, no appetizer…. Hungry, sad, depressed stomach. I don’t think I’ll be going to BWW again, next time I’ll just upgrade on restaurant. Save me the time and hassle. Saw one waitress go into the restroom 5 times smiling at her phone while another was working tables inside and outside…. This place reminds me of the DMV. Enough said….
I hadn't been to this restaurant in a long time, but decided to try it again. I ordered the 10 wing lunch combo for $13, with spicy garlic and drunken jalapeño flavors. I found the spicy garlic to be much better. I also decided to upgrade my fries to wedges for an extra $1, which was definitely worth it. The atmosphere was nice, with a lot of TVs.
Food was okay... the wings were a little cold when they got to us. Luckily the waitress fixed it and got us other hot wings. My daughters got a burger and I don't know how fresh it was but an hour after we got home her stomach started hurting and she threw ? up. She was a little sick that night. I'm not sure if I'd go back.
I can't wait until this place open tomorrow! I just spent $100+ on some straight BS! All the food was dry AF taste like it's been sitting out for hours. I tried calling to complain no answer 4xs. It's not even 10p yet, while overview claims they close at 12a.

the first time here. came and got the 10 wing-lunch combo for $13. had spicy garlic and drunk jalapeño as my arome. spicy garlauch is waaaaay better. also my fries the keile for $1. it is worth definitiw. beautiful atmosphere with many tvs.
Sat at the bar and the bar tender was super chill ???? ???? the fried pickles could have been fried slightly longer. Other than that, the experience was great.
