As with many of my reviews, I was on a long road trip from Denver, CO to Fort Smith AR. As per my usual I was in need of some regular eats, an ice cold beer and some TV's to stare into for a while. Again, per my usual I choose Buffalo Wild Wings. I mustsay this was a fantastic stop on my journey. To start with I was greeted my Izzy, my waitress a very nice young lady with agreat and hospitable attitude. We chatted for a minute or two and she listened attentively as I spoke about my long day, andlaughed even though my jokes aren't funny. After promptly getting me my water and beer she took my order. once seated we waited 25 minutes for a waitress to come up to us, all the while people who got there after us were being helped first. she took our order, and we waited another hour and a half to get one plate out of two (which was wrong anyways). we waited another 20 minutes for her to come back around and ask us where the second plate was, turns out they had made it as to go. we decided to just leave and pay for our drinks, which ended up being $15 for 2 strawberry lemonades. nobody apologized for anything at all! and then it took another 10 minutes of waiting at the counter to pay. just a disappointing experience overall. we decided to go to ihop instead and the experience was amazing! we...
I’m not one to complain but me and my family, group of seven went on a Saturday night fairly busy but should have been handled OK. Just to the point ! I ordered unsweet tea I got sweet tea! Another family member ordered Pepsi received Diet Pepsi! Mom ordered sweet tea got unsweet, I ordered wings extra well done, received wings not well done! Our drinks were left empty for 30 minutes. Had to keep asking for our entire order sides should come with the meal not after the meal, the waitress acted like she didn’t want to be there, The service and food is bad.
I ordered using the online app. Then when I arrived at the restaurant I made another order. The waitress fouled up the order and I ended up speaking with 3 waitresses and finally the manager. They still didn?t get the order right but I just took what theygave me and left. Once I got home, 3 out of 10 wings were way under cooked, they got the orders wrong and to top it off theydidn?t even fill up the blue cheese container. This seems silly to post, but if you?re reading this, just go down the street toWing Stop.

I called in an order. They said it would be 10-15 minutes. I showed up 10 min later and paid for my food. They then said it would be another 10-15 minutes. I asked what happened and they could not give me an answer. I told them I would go to the bar and get a beer but please let me know when my food is ready. 15 minutes later, the bartender actually had to go and get my food. Seriously?? Good news is when I got home, my food was hot and it was good. They just need to get their service together that's all
Went to get food Tuesday and it took so long to get things on a timely manner. Roughly 30 minutes for our drinks, then just 10 to 15 for our food. Ate here again today and the service was great, no complaints on the waitress today. However parts of themain ingredient we asked for was completely missing. Two different days and two completely different issues.
The chicken road tacos are my favorites appetizers for 4 years now, they are soou damn tasty I don't like to share at all. this is a compliment to the restaurant my first time try this burger with fried wisconsin white cheddar curds on burger plus 2 slices cheese with crispy and grilled onions
Ordered sampler. Didn’t get any of the sauces. Thanks guys. Or anything to eat the food with (utensils). No napkins. Took 5 minutes to get a straw for my drink as well. Probably gonna be my last time eating there.
