Ok! Soooo Went there on the first Sunday night football to watched the Giants game whom by now we all know was trash. BUT Anyway I did not expect it to be not busy...So came in told one of the three young men the number in my party and name. It was a little busy as all the remainder nfl games where on the tv 's and customers from those game were still attendance. So I was informed it would he 20 min or so. Now! I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings three times. Twice in house once take out. Both times I ate there service was incredibly slow. Different food items were cold. My server disappeared for 15 minutes while I was waiting for my check just to find her leaning against the cash register on her phone. I stood at the bar for 5 minutes waiting for a drink while two employees leaned against a both and talked until I asked for help and they came over. For take out I was there before my food was ready and my appetizer still came out cold. My wife and I visited this restaurant on a Tuesday evening. While my wife received her order in a timely manner, I did not receive mine until we were already prepared to leave. There was no communication or apology regarding the delay in my food, and no offer of a discount for the inconvenience. Additionally, we were not checked on or offered water refills throughout our visit, despite there being several empty tables in the restaurant. We used to dine here regularly, but after this experience, we will not be returning.
Worst experience ever. This would have been my first time visiting a Buffalo Wild Wings and this location is the exact opposite of what I was expecting. Host was nowhere to be found I stood around waiting 10 minutes just to be greeted, after finally being seated I waited 20 minutes and even then no service was provided and I left ! If the service is this slow I can only imagine how the food would’ve came out. Highly disappointed. Mind you their were workers just standing around or sitting using there phones.

When I arrived, I saw that the restaurant was packed with customers, but the staff handled the busy situation very well. They were friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was welcoming and spacious. I ordered a burger with fries, which arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The burger was tasty, but the fries seemed stale and unappetizing. Despite being hungry, I struggled to finish them even with ketchup. However, I would be willing to give the restaurant another chance.
To be honest, I have no idea how this place is still open. I've had Buffalo Wild Wings from other locations and enjoyed them but these have been dry every time. I also have never had a restaurant so frequently deliver food late through Uber Eats. The driver arrives on time but they never get the food to them promptly. Overall, there are essentially no redeeming qualities about this location of BWW.
It is a good restaurant if you are a meat eater. However if you are vegetarian or vegan there are limited options. They do have a black bean burger I was not a fand of it due to the fact they over cooked it. If you are a vegetarian you can get cauliflower wings which I got in the asian zing flavor.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are limited and the black beans burger was over cooked
The food at BWW was satisfactory as usual, but the service was lacking. My family and I felt hurried throughout our meal, with the staff even bringing us the check without us requesting it, making us feel unwelcome. Despite the lack of crowd, we felt pushed to finish quickly. We will not be returning to this location.

Went for lunch place was empty did not know if they were open, told to sit anywhere and just waited, nobody came over. Tried scanning the qr code on the table and it said it would send a text…nothing finally left and went to Cheesecake Factory…guess i know why nobody was there.
