Buffalo Wild Wings

Food was pretty good. They did not get my order correct, I asked for no cheese on my sandwich and got melted cheese on it so I couldn't even scrape it all off. But it tasted pretty good. Service was poor, the waitress ran her tray into my back and didn't even apologize. She acted like it was a huge deal to start bringing our checks out after an hour of service and instead of bringing our checks out as requested made us wait as she got everyone's checks and then, even though I was kind of in a hurry, I waited as she worked her way around the table. I would definitely not recommend this establishment.

wait 20 minutes in the lobby after the time for the pickup that was posted online order. due to the error in the kitchen area declared by the bank. the manager gave three vouchers for 10 dollars for the next visit. she could not refund the gift card. I had three stars, because the manager tries to correct the situation. it was busy at the time in the restaurant. I was in the restaurant without problems several times last year. I was in these situations when the dinge in the restaurant business were grounded when I worked 30 years ago as a young person. dinge.

Ordered the 40 wing deal with fries and sauce on the side. Fries and vegetables are old. Like old old. Like I wouldn't be surprised if they were scraped off the bottom of the walk in after someone spilled yesterday's leftovers. Not only that, but these fries are salter than the goddang ocean! Literally inedible. I wouldn't even mention any of this if it wasn't for the fact that the 40 wings were sent with ZERO sauce. And the ticket definitely said Buffalo and Zing. For 70 fecking bucks, I got a bag of trash and a $5 uber credit. Get better cooks.

Drink menu is limited because theyre out of everything that seemed decent. Wings have the minimum amount of sauce to be considered covered. The food is otherwise really good if you like dry and crunchy. The tots are over cooked. Everything tastes great, they just need to work on pulling the food out before it gets dry or worse, burnt.

Whatever you do, don't order take-out. They screw up your order literally every. single. time. If you do order to-go, definitely check every bag and box before you leave to make sure you got everything. You should probably also taste it to make sure they even gave you the right sauce. In store service is fine. Nothing special
