I just went to dinner at wild buffalo wings thinking I will get good food After work with my family. It is the worst place. First, the order came wrong. Second, half of the things were missing. Third, we waited for an hour for our order. Fourth, thefood was cold as ice when it came. Then we cancelled the order cause we couldn?t wait that long, we?ve been already there forlike an hour 10 minutes so we told the waiter to get us our check n she brought the full check including things we didn?t getand which we returned because it was cold. When we told her, she brought the another check for our drinks and one appetizer wegot and we paid like 21$ for sitting there for an hour. Wasted our time as...
That had to have been the worst dining experience I've had in recent memory. You walk in, nobody to greet you. You seat yourself, and you are expected to order yourself with a QR code. Not exaggerating, 35 minutes go by and we haven't gotten our sodas, and not a single employee has acknowledged us. About 40 minutes in we are served a single side of fries, without the rest of our entrees. Eventually the food does get there, but no silverware or napkins. Had to get up and get forks from the bartender. It was also like the Arctic circle in there, and our food was cold before we were halfway done. I'm not one to write negative reviews, but my God that was a frustrating experience.

Missed 10 wings and provided a drop of marinara. Called them and didn?t pick up. ???? check their order before leaving like it?s a McDonald?s drive through. Lol. Also get with your pickup order guy, a kindergartner would had done better.

We ordered 20 wings with two different sauces at this restaurant. The original buffalo sauce was delicious, but the dry rub wasn't as good as the wet sauce. The beers were cold and reasonably priced. I also want to mention that our server, Christine, was fantastic. She provided us with great recommendations, was friendly and engaging, and we had a great time chatting with her.
The service was good. The dishes were good as well but not great. The vibe is lively with lot of young crowd and sports running on TVs. Main issue is delay and it is horrible that you get a table after a long wait and you get exhausted if you are hungry. AVOID UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT

On June 6th, 2022, in commemoration of D-Day, I had a great meal at the restaurant served by the efficient and friendly Jake Maverick. Despite being busy, the hostess greeted me with a smile on a beautiful sunny day, which was much appreciated after a challenging workout.

Waited for more than 20 Mins, literally ko one came to receive, I can see waiters but no one came to receive. It was not that busy. There was no one reception. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but will never visit this Fairfax location. Very bad experience.
