Buffalo Wild Wings

Waited over 40 minutes just to receive a tray of cold boneless wings, asked for extra wet, they were extra dry. Server did minimal checking on our table. Ordered a double **** mary and I could barely taste the vodka even tho I paid for a double. Wanted a refill but waited too long for that. We had a table of 4 people, server only brought enough vegetables for 1 rabbit and maybe a turtle. The employees carry an attitude like they don't want to work their either while doing the bare minimum to serve their customers. This place needs a lot of work because everytime I visit this place its filled with disappointment.

I was promptly welcomed upon entering the restaurant. When I mentioned that I had a reservation for the patio, the hostess kindly said she would sanitize the table and chairs before seating us. That was impressive! Our server did an excellent job managing our drinks and food plates without touching them with her bare hands. Great job!

Service was horrible, waitress did not come around to check if we needed refills on drinks, only came out to bring food. Had to hunt her down to even get our check which made my family late for the movie we were going to watch.

I love this location but the last few times my food comes out cold and the waiters don’t come around much. It’s sad because I love BWW but not sure if I’ll go back anytime soon. Reserva una mesa ahora

We were seated promptly as soon as we walked in, and our server quickly came to assist us. The food arrived in under 15 minutes after we placed our order.

The food was great however I made a reservation for 8:15pm and arrived early to check in but didn’t get seated until nearly 9pm.

appetizers came after the main food was delivered. didn’t come back for refills had to ask several times for items we asked for

It’s good for bar food but I think the wings are to pricey.
