i 100% recomend this place. my favorite order is the BBQ boneless wing. I am a very picky eater and this place was one of my favorite restaurants of all time. I'll be here. but if the management reads, I would come back if they want to repair more business the coupon thing because I was afflicted by their coupon system that I know people it made them crazy and they don't come into this restaurant. And that's very expensive when they get it a bit less expensive, that would be great. I have more people coming here when management personnel fix these two problems.
probably the worst restaurant experience i’ve ever had. we were ignored the whole time and tried to get someones attention without being rude. no checking up on us. DO NOT order the wedge salad it’s a disgrace to salads. overpriced and rubbery. my poor mom was too nice to say anything and just paid. i hate writing bad reviews. i will not try to contact anyone because the other reviews said it’s useless. just putting a bad review on here to let y’all know. go to five guys right new to it way cheaper and better. only drunk people will find this food good.
pay attention to the order by doordash. this place has made my order wrong. offer to replace my meal, but only when I came and took it, which defeats the point of me order by door thath. store would not offer more convenient solution and put responsibility on doordash to refund me. Unfortunately, my DoorDash experience was just as bad as they only returned 2 thirds of my life. terrible customer service of both parties. I will not eat again at this place of buffalo wild wings.
3. once buffalo wild wings a chance given and they always screw up our delivery order. the restaurant wasn't even busy when I arrived. we asked for original buffalo sauce on the boneless wings. we came home and it was mango habanero. on the ticket says it buffalo, it's a little frustrating, because there's no more cheap to mess up the whole time. I understand that things can be grounded, but not every time we go. we don't give our business anymore.
