Absolutely terrible management!! Every Tuesday night a group of us (family) goes out to eat at different restaurants. Generally BW3 's every 3rd week. The first thing I noticed there wasn 't a lot of people on their wing night . But anyway, we always order our wings extra done. When they came out they were very under cooked. My uncle asked to have them put back in for a few more minutes. So the manager came over and told us that those are well done and there is nothing he could do about that. Ordered food online. Showed up at expected time of order completion. I know it is an estimate and don't mind waiting extra. When I showed up the place was packed with several waiting for orders. Customer service can go a long way in times like this. However there was no one at the counter. This remained the case for the 50 minutes I waited. I was finally able to get a waiter to cancel my order (which i was trying to do for last 20 minutes). No one took a moment to acknowledge the customers waiting (some there longer than me). This is one of the best Buffalo Wild Wings locations I've visited. The service was outstanding; I never had to worry about my drink running low or if I needed anything. My server was always available to help. It was a great day to take advantage of their 6 and 10 wing special, which is a buy-one-get-one deal. Incredible! My friend tried the Nashville Hot wings, as well as the Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan flavors. I sampled the Nashville Hot too, and wow — it was definitely one of the top three flavors I've ever had. Unfortunately, we felt like the server was not very attentive. Also, when we went to pay with a gift card, we were told we had to call the number on the card to get the exact card balance or they couldn't process the card. It was a bit hard to hear when I called to get the balance because of the volume of the TV playing. I was shocked that I was asked to make an extra step to call for the balance and that their system is not able to process a gift card and determine the value. I shared my feedback with the manager who did not even apologize for my disappointment in my experience.

rude service! I wish there were 0 stars. my daughter cleaned her mother and her brother to eat, hoping to have a decent dinner. I ordered wings were extremely dry and the half was burned (unbar,) we saw our waitress on our order then for our check. will not come back. get it together!
I really enjoy this restaurant and its food. Thursday nights are fantastic with their BOGO boneless wings, making it a regular choice for our family. The prices are reasonable too. They also have a great selection of beers and plenty of TVs, so you can watch any games that are on.
Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of BW3's unless I'm getting their traditional wings; their food quality is quite disappointing. The ingredients seem to be of high quality, yet the prices are surprisingly high. It left me wondering if I really got my money's worth.
Wings are great. Service is ok. Could use a little more help.. nobody wants to sit for 20 mins before getting a menu wile staff chatted with each other. There were only a couple people at that time already eating. Other then that great wings

The wings and cauliflower wings are excellent. The sauces are always reliable, and the staff is consistently friendly. The prices are reasonable, particularly for their lunch specials. The appetizers are spot on as well.
I stopped in for lunch and had a crispy chicken wrap that was amazing! The wrap was grilled and had a great toasted taste! The tots were amazing!! Enjoyed my server!! He was so nice and so down to earth!!
