waiter worstin ever! (corrie.) she took our orders and until the time she arrived, asked or brought serviettes. serviettes had to be taken from the food store, which was brought over cocktail napkins. had to get the attention of the waitress to drink after filling. she seemed upset to ask for drinks. they have the scary and have not disturbed to leave a pencil! they need some training or love to detail. they need to invest in larger serviettes than just cocktail napkins. the wings were not disappointed.
Went here with high hopes. Ordered online was hoping to use this to cater to meetings we have. After ordering online i noticed a .99 pick up fee?! Plus had to tip for a pick up as well. Couldnt get around it. I believe in tipping my servers. Delivery guys. Etc etc. I had to walk in to get my food so what was the .99 pick up fee and tip for? Just cant do business with anybody who gouges people we are all hurting already paying more for food.
What a terrible experience! All the wings were soggy and overcooked in deep frying oil, the worst I've ever had. When they first opened, the food was good, but now their prices are outrageous. For $8.99, I got just six tiny chicken pieces, which isn’t worth it at all. We will never return. It was my mother’s birthday, and I’m really disappointed that we chose Largo Mall.
Our dining experience was followed by a cholesterol screening and visit to the cardiologist. The apps were dripping with Luke warm grease. Wings ordered extra crispy with sauce on the side. The skin of the wings and drummettes had the consistency of uncooked dough. We tried a few bites of each and decided that we must be on Punked. Beyond disappointed with this branch!

Don't even bother coming here. The staff is extremely lazy. They will ignore your table till you just leave.
Customer service was excellent. I need small portions and these small tacos and cheese bites were perfect.
