Sad to see from the previous comments that the service at this location is going down hill. I agree I?ve always had a decent experience at this location. But this order I picked up was just poor service all together. After a long day of work I put aorder to pick up on the way home, used a reward for some fried pickles. They came batter dipped barley fried. I was SO sad!Even if it?s free per reward, that means someone visited enough to EARN THAT. not only that but it?s wing Tuesday and theyshorted me wings on a 12 pc wings!! Like I wouldn?t notice. prices have increased I?m still not getting what I paid for? Alsocalled to busy to speak directly to a manager (6:10pm) and they ?issued a refund?...
Terrible. The young and odd hostess told me to calm down and then threw my order at me in front of 2 very nice customers who were waiting for their welted lettuce chicken sandwich. These kids can dish out attitude and can't provide good and respectful service anymore. The young man had no idea what was going on and seemed to be confused. I am Latino and these kids give us a horrible name!!! They told me fries would take 15 minutes; just tell me the cooks forgot the order! Thanks, won't be coming here again and the other several people who were impacted by this won't be dining with you either! Terrible.
Buffalo wild wings off Wadsworth boulevard excellent location in Lakewood Colorado. Wonderful area wonderful staff wonderful people very busy on Game nights highly recommended for the game enthusiast. You won't be dissatisfied with this place. Don'ttrust your chicken wings to no name companies. They may get it wrong like they have mine in the past. Can't speak for them allbut this place no matter what city I'm in they never disappoint
While this place is all about the wings, they do really well with other items too. I got the All American double cheeseburger lunch special this week, just $10 for burger, fries and soda. Burger was fantastic! I upgraded to onion rings instead of friesand while they tasted good, they were a bit too greasy. My server was great friendly and attentive.

Not acknowledged by the host, went and sat at the bar. Bartender didn't bring me a menu, had to ask. Ordered wings and a beer, got no napkins until I was halfway through my plate. Back of bar area was dirty, surfaces not wiped down, wings were fatty and no crispiness and overall service was just plain bad. Sorry I ever went in there.
It was draft night, playoff basketball and hockey. Very busy but waitress bartender was great. Quick and very nice. Update: had very few servers. Only reason not a 3 or lower is because the servers are doing great trying to stay above water. Serving times were a tad longer than should've been, food was good and attitudes were up
I ordered online only to wait 2hrs on my food that was not delivered I had to go to the store in lakewood and they didnt even know what had happen to order shitty as management

I would not recommend getting the Caribbean jerk, it tastes terrible! The service at this point was very fast and the staff is friendly!
Terrible service they take forever. Do not bring your food at the same time and they do not care about their customers.
