I just gave one star because that's all that allows. I forgot to leave my last and last review because I never returned to this place. after my terrible experience, I was foolish enough to try again. I should have gone when they told me that they hadn't done anything and we had to wait until someone was done just to get our drinks. we got our food before our drinks that are crazy because I waited for 45 minutes for our food and they came out of a cold. ironically, the waitress finally comes by and asks how our meal was, and I told her how terrible it was. she had to do it, but I called her to laugh all her time on a table instead of keeping it professional. We came to Buffalo Wild Wings with 9 people, we showed up 5min after they opened which was 11:05 and revived our food at 11:57. We did have to wait awhile for the food but we did have lots of people and were there first customers. Besides that the food was amazing and the service was excellent. I ordered the American burger with no mustered and my brother and cousin ordered the brisket burger and said it was excellent. Over all this place was amazing and is a great place to grab some lunch.
Took 20 minutes before host finally asked us how many. There were dirty tables for over 2 hours and still dirty as I'm writing this. We never saw our waiter after we got our food so never got refills. Staff stood around laughing and talking most of the time. We saw many people walk out because they were waiting so long to be seated. Food tasted like hockey pucks. This was so terrible...I hope all BWW aren't like this. Sticking to wingstop for now.
One of my least favorite experiences in a restaurant. Waited about 5 minutes to get a seat with open tables and staff just standing around. Then, got seated at a dirty table. Several tables were left the entire visit with old food and dishes and not just a plate or two but entire party of food and dishes. Food was average. Service was average. Cleanliness and appearance below that of a dive bar.

The meal was enjoyable as always. I ordered the naked oysters, along with a dessert, an iced tea, and their new legendary Long Island drink. The waitress mentioned she was in a good mood, but she never brought the extra side of dessert to my table. Although I wasn't charged for it, the waitress never mentioned it again. In general, the meal was good and the service was satisfactory.

Waiters were rude, picking and choosing which tables to attend with better service. Trash and napkins are thrown everywhere on the floor. Food was barely warm. Would not recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings to anyone unless you’re eating/drinking at the bar.
My wife and I went here to celebrate my birthday, and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, and the prices were fair. Be sure to ask about the Vampire Slayer wings. You won't be disappointed.
