Buffalo Wild Wings 'go '

First time coming here. Doubt I will come back due to the workers having bad energy. There were no issues with my food at all. It was cooked well served swiftly. My issue was with the workers. None of them are friendly. None of them even said hello. They need training in Customer Service. The cashier acted a bit annoyed with me while I was paying for my meal. I kept trying to tap my card to pay totally looked over the screen where it was asking for a tip. I also don’t like that a tip is asked for prior to service being completed. For starters when I call in to place an order, a female picked up and immediately placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. I hung up and called again where this time it was a male who answered and he seemed quite annoyed. Fast forward to when I received my food, why the hell are you all giving dry wings with sauce on the side?!! That’s not how the main BWW operated and I was charged EXTRA for the little bitty cups of sauce when sauce suppose to come on the wings . I’ve never in my life been to a location that does not put sauce on the wings ! In that case you all should not be labeled as a bww!! My food was nasty super hard! From the managers mouth her self (stud with glasses)they cook all wings boneless and traditional are cooked twice to shorten the time limit.which I don't understand why If I waited 20 minutes. what did I actually wait for? Once I stated to her that I expect my food fresh if I just waited that long.She then asked me how far I stay from their location because that's why my food was hard this place is nasty asl for tryna save there store time and giving people old or recorded chicken

Alot of bad reviews but today I ordered tenders and we'll the app doesn't say they weren't available but when I went to get my order the girl on the counter told me they didn't have tenders. I got kind of upset but what can I do about it? I just asked her how I get My points back and she helped me. What surprised me though was that she told me that she made me some boneless wings and she wasn't charging me for it. She was so nice and I really appreciated that she did that for me. Don't bother calling this location to cancel an order like their website says to do, nobody in this building knows how to pick the phone. Literally watched them ignore the ringing phone when I had to go pick up the order I was trying to cancel.(Don't bother with your copy paste response. Fix the location.

I went up there this morning and I was there at 10:53. They opened at 11:10. Waited 20 minutes for Tater Tots and Fries. Taters were good. Fries were ok but for a large fry really skimpy.
