Buffalo Wild Wings New Rochelle

We made reservations for table of through open table the night before. I called the next day to update the head count from to The manager said he never heard of open table and he will not honor the reservations I already made because there was some sort of game night. The restaurant lost the business of people because of this. We also had to look for a place for my daughter’s birthday dinner in such a short time. This is such a disgrace. The owner should have made a mistake by hiring this manager.

I will never return to this place again. waited 10 minutes before even greeted by a host. After we finally have a table, we have ordered our meal and the food came out without any need. we asked our server and other server after nothing and nothing yet. after 15 minutes our food was again cold, no utensils. we had to go to the kitchen and ask for something. this place is a total scandal and must really get workers who are competent.

eating was hot and fresh. only the problem I had was the service. After we had set ourselves, we waited too long to be greeted by a waitress when we had to wait more than 10 minutes, the we asked if we could move to another table. fyi, it wasn't busy or full in the night. a little upset, but we made the best of it. food: 4/5

My food was cold when it came out and I specifically told her please make sure my food is hot or I will send back and of course she didnt do that and we waited a long time. Had to request a new plate. Saw Waiter to take order but didnt check on us until we was done. At least could have seen if we needed anything else. Reserva una mesa ahora

Basically i made an reservation and i still had to wait minutes to be seated and by that time the kitchen was closed and we were basically forced to find a new place to eat people were being seated before me and everything

the waitress was very pleasant and got everything we needed without mistake. the whole food was prepared for perfection. the atmosphere was very nice on a Sunday afternoon. we go back to this place food: 5/5

Food was good, this is the second time I have been there. They didn't have any of the cocktails I wanted on the menu, both times. Server was good. They also don't take reservations anymore.....

It’s a great place to bring your family. It’s also kid friendly. The wings and cocktails were awesome. Would go back again Reserva una mesa ahora
