AVOID BOOKING THIS RESTAURANT THROUGH OPENTABLE! This location does not honor OpenTable reservations. Once you’re seated, everything goes well, but this is the second time my group has experienced issues. We always get the same response about how they don’t really take reservations through that platform. The first time, I thought it was just a mistake on the part of a new staff member, but clearly, that’s not the case. Our waitress was fantastic, and the food was excellent, but I cannot stress enough—do not make reservations here via OpenTable. I’ve searched for a way to report this to OpenTable without success, so I’m posting this as a warning for others.

Although it took a while to take place ) the restaurant could not find our reservation) after we sit our server was very pleasant and explains the specificities and menu for us. the beer selection and the wing selection were quite good, although I must say that the sauces were better than the spicy on the wings. we tried the boneless wings this time as they were on special, but would try the banans next time.

I booked 2 weeks in advance. when I checked the reservations, they said they did not accept any reservations. although I have received the confirmation from the website. However, I could get a table and the channel was overwhelmed with the party of 12. the management team does not really do how to run a business.

The restaurant was not very clean and the hosts didnt seem like they wanted to be there or be of assistance however our server, Paul, was amazing. He answered questions that we had on food options in detail and was very attentive during our meal.

We were seated but had to wait 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us or took our drink order. To avoid another long wait, we decided to order our food at the same time. This seems to be the usual experience at BWW.
