I went on line and placed an order at 530pm on a Saturday night to be picked up at 6pm on my way to work at a very busy hospital) I arrived at 555pm there was no one at the desk so I walked to the bar and asked where do I pick up my on line order. I was told to wait at the front desk for the clerk to come out with the orders. At 511 the girl come out with orders not mine) I asked about my order and she stated it should be ready and went back to the kitchen. Good enough is all I can really say. It’s not the best, nor the worst. When this place first opened it was decent. Since then it just seems like another place to go and get chicken. There’s plenty of places in the Shrewsbury/Worcester area to grab sauced wings, both boneless and bone in, so truthfully they’ve become just another option. With their consistent supply chain issues as well, they aren’t really a target spot either. Wings I ordered were fine, but unevenly sauced/dry rubbed. Lots of bare chicken. I’m rating the food a 3, just because it was decent but the guac was bad unfortunately I don’t live down the street and can’t drive there since I’m 40 minutes away. The tortilla chips tasted rancid but hey nothing I Can do about it and I can’t drive back also paid cash and didn’t ask for recipe but hey can’t always expect good lol I guess just buy at your own risk. I made a reservation online, but when I arrived, they informed me that they had no table available for me. They only took my name and said I would have to wait until five other parties were seated ahead of me. The manager didn't do anything to resolve the situation or address the mistake. Why offer a service if you don’t honor it upon arrival? This is a serious lack of customer service.

We arrived last minute, and as someone who works in the service industry, I understand that can be quite challenging for staff. However, our server Justin was fantastic and managed to provide us with excellent service despite the late hour. He was friendly, humorous, and genuine. He efficiently handled his side tasks while ensuring we felt comfortable and not like an inconvenience.
This place is ridiculous!!!! I placed a pick up order 3 hours in advance so I could make it home in time to feed my son. I waited over an hour after the original pick up time. What is the point! This is probably the worst run place I’ve ever been to. Limit the menu if you don’t have cooks. Let people know at the front that there is a wait. Not too hard to communicate.
It was our first visit to a BWW location and we were not disappointed. All the food we had was cooked to order, and arrived hot and quickly. The homemade guacamole and the **** Marys were delicious, as were all the different flavors of wings that we tried. Service was quick and friendly. Great place to watch any sport, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy a drink!
We stopped here for lunch. I had boneless wings with Carolina reaper sauce on half and hot dry rub on the other half. It came with Pommes. The wings were good. They were not dry or overcooked. I had root beer to wash it. I thought the amount of food would be suitable for lunch and I look forward to going back soon.

Buffalo wild wings is very good.Plenty of meat on chicken and prices were good.I recommend to anyone.
