Buffet Chalèze Restaurant is the best Japanese restaurant in Besançon according to me! They're taking away food. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful, everything is very good. There's a Sushi Master that makes sushi under your eyes, they're delicious. You can eat already prepared or choose grilled meats, also wok option. Next to the grill you can also take pancakes.
