I was the person with the burnt burger last Thursday. I have eaten at your restaurant several times. Your business normally has excellent service. I have worked in restaurants as well and understand the stress and pressure. The burger was burnt to the point of being crunchy. I was unsure if I should return it, as it is not common practice in Europe. I agree with your statement that burgers are not steaks. I frequent this restaurant often and have had lovely service in the past. The owners are nice as well as their wait staff, however, I had the displeasure of a very unsavory encounter with the chef yesterday. Before I tell you my story, I will preface this with the fact that lunch time was busy and I believe the only staff on duty were the one Chef and one waitress, so service was slow.
