went 3/6/22 party of 6 .we called ahead and we were told 20 minutes and we waited an hour and half or more. the hostess was so angry that I stopped the manager and told him. he said she was a work in progress. during the waiting I noticed that the handsanitary ran a steady stream on the floor. 3 and 4 stand there and no one saw it. it had a good size puddle on the floor and even ran over some ladies coat. I stood up and went over and broke the handle and it stopped. the only saving gnade was the waitress who had extremely short hairs, was so beautiful and did her job perfectly. the food was good. we went during a slower time of the day, but it was quite fast to pick up. our server kyle was extremely attentive, he was very friendly and has often reviewed us. the whole food was great and everything was so efficient, but without feeling rushed. it was clear that he had some regular and he was just as attentive to us, although we were not regular. my son had an explosion on our date and I thank kyle for so attentive and for a great experience for me and my son.

Always had a good experience at the longhorn until tonight. We’re seated right away. Lots of waitstaff walking back and forth. When after 15 or more minutes waiting for some one to either take our order or even say we’ll be right with you, we left. I understand the problem hiring, but there seemed to be plenty of staff walking around. One waitress spent a considerable amount of time talking to a friend in the next booth.

eating is large, steak cooked as they want it rarely is rare etc. but wait for to say for ten minutes, they do not make reservations. I'm a little busy, especially when I'm at work to plan a day ahead. 3 will go again. food is worth

Very comfortable, sat at the bar so we didn't have to wait too long for a seat. Bartender was very busy but we had great service. The food was delicious and cooked to our liking.
