Bui Vietnamese Cuisine

Bui has quickly become our new favorite restaurant! We visited on a busy Friday night around 8 PM and were seated right away. Although our server kindly warned us that our food might take a bit longer due to the crowd, we ended up not waiting long at all. We tried the fried dumplings, shaved beef pho, and spicy duck, and everything was fantastic—especially the duck. The variety of sauces that accompanied our dishes enhanced the flavors wonderfully. To top it all off, we were surprised with a complimentary dessert to celebrate the lunar new year: sticky rice with banana and coconut cream. It was absolutely delicious! We can’t wait to return!

So delicious, a real treat! The pho was delicious and the steak was incredibly tender. Mix ins were fresh and crisp. We also enjoyed the lemongrass curry and the Vietnamese pancake immensely. The owner seeks to ensure you feel comfortable and have the perfect meal. Don't forget to save room for dessert because the sweet rice with mango is the way to end a delicious feast! The food is consistently delicious, and the chili oil is the best my husband and I have ever tasted—we've tried many varieties! I just ate the best steamed pork dumplings I’ve ever eaten. And the place is being closed by the city of Manchester. They don’t know how long they will remain open. Go there and eat!! It’s so good Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

We’ve only done takeout here and it’s clear that the owner has a passion for his trade and it shows in the quality of the food and the attention he provides to the customers. Will definitely go back for more.

We really enjoyed this restaurant for its fresh-tasting Vietnamese cuisine, and we're disappointed to see that it has closed down.
