During my visit to East Rochester to see my family from Texas, my boyfriend and I decided to venture into the city for a meal. We stumbled upon a delightful fusion restaurant called Buku Fusion Kitchen. Unsure of what to expect from a fusion restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the menu incorporated elements from various cultures onto one plate. my wife and I had enough to eat from here to leave an honest review, and it's all fantastic! the woman said the fish roast on Friday was the best she ever had, and the sesame panko chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich I had for a long time. unique menu, super friendly staff and the chips that come with the handhelds are also really good. Eating is always ready really fast. a place like this deserves the love!

The menu looked interesting and so my boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch. The staff was friendly and though there was a small mix up with our order, they went above and beyond to make it right with a free crownie. Overall a super solid little place with a fun menu. I appreciated them having a tofu option as well since I don't eat meat. We'll definitely be back.

This place was an unexpected quick lunch stop for my wife and I. Local business, great flavors... where the owners run the place and care deeply about the food and experience they're creating... great takes on familiar flavors. I had some savory gumbo and my wife some excellent tempura shrimp in her firecracker veggie bowl.Check it out... we're going back

Super friendly staff. Korean BBQ pork tacos were delicious and all the flavors and textures complimented each other nicely. The kettle chips were a yummy and unique tasting addition. Atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

The Korean tacos had an excellent flavor profile. You could taste the love and attention put into the food. Don't miss out on trying them! I will definitely be returning to sample more dishes from the menu.

It was fantastic. I tried the special pulled pork sandwich with onion rings. The service was quick and friendly. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning.

Stopped into Buku for the first time today and had the Coconut Lemongrass Ginger rice bowl with chicken delicious!! Can't wait to return to try more items as the menu looks amazing!

I ordered the steak gyro and the kor-zilla burrito and the order was ready in 2 minutes and tasted great. All workers were really friendly and outgoing. I will be back for sure.
