I had not visited this bar for many years. We arrived late, Saturday, almost 11 PM, for a couple of drinks and something to eat for a chat, we stayed in the corner area that is decorated like a pub, I ordered a chicken burger that was incredibly good, soft and fresh bread, juicy breaded breast, cheddar or gouda cheese in chunks, not slices, an onion ring, and just the right touch of BBQ sauce, I could say it's one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. El ambiente en el primer piso es muy sencillo. Hay una persona atendiendo que parece ser una mala jefa, y por eso no tiene personal que quiera trabajar allí, así que lo hace ella misma. No habla bien español, y el día que vine, tomó la orden de cada bebida y comida una por una, y cuando los primeros terminaron de comer, los últimos aún ni habían ordenado... Lo peor es que la comida no vale la pena y las mesas no son ni grandes ni cómodas. Se llena porque los ticos somos unos fiesteros.

It is a 2-ambient bar. 1st floor has a regular latin-pop bar and the 2nd floor has a rave style and a place for dancing. It is not my kind of thing but i can see the appealing to it. It is not too crazy on top but one never knows…when i was leaving 2 girls try to stop me by dancing with me, they kind of abused me but i could leave safe and sound.
