Stayed nearby and went here for evening meal and lunch twice .Very dog friendly they loved our frenchie Luca .Food was excellent every time freshly cooked and served in good time .Great selection of ales and menu had specials each day as well .Would recommend highly and would definitely come back if passing this way again.Great staff very attentive and friendly

We had lunch with friends at The Bulls Head today and what a great find. Service excellent and food great too. We had a delicious roast beef lunch with all the trimmings and pork belly roast with best crackling ever! Thank you to Anna and her team for a great visit, we will definitely return.

We picked this pub as one of the few in the area open on a Tuesday and so glad we did. Friendly staff, good food at reasonable prices. Large portions so we took some home for later. Advisable to book as people were being turned away on a very wet Tuesday lunchtime.
