Bundner Stube Restaurant

We went to the Bundner Stube in Flims because we felt like we had something typical from the area and this restaurant was closer to our place than others. It was a nice surprise! We shared a Marroni Souo as a starter (very delicate, great balance... of flavors), then had as the main baked goat cheese with a homemade Chutney (amuse) and the vegetarian capuns (simply tasty). The service is excellent, friendly and precise. The mood is cozy, familiar and cheerful. We would like to come back and try more dishes next time we are in Flims. Congratulations!

Leider haben wir unsere Ferien in diesem Restaurant beendet. Das Ambiente war nicht ganz so toll. Sehr kleines Restaurant.Der Service war in Ordnung. Nun zum Essen. Ein Lachsteller mit Salatbouquet angepriesen und ein Blatt Salat bekommen. Das Cordonbleu war gut. Pommes pampig. Pouletbrust zu klein. Allgemein waren die Portionen sehr klein. Das Gemüse, was war den das? Alles aus dem Wasser herausgefischt und auf den Teller.. zum Teil nicht mal gar. Es schmeckte alles gleich. Nein wir waren das letzte Mal da.... das geht besser

We were in this restaurant a few years ago and were pleasantly surprised this time that the dog was free (thanks! A part of the restaurant was also beautifully renovated. The wooden floors were added to the cozy atmosphere. The food and wine was excellent.... The service super, attentive, friendly. We can recommend the pumpkin soup, capeons (meat hearty, black angus burger, Zuri-Gschnetzles and mushroom risotto. We felt it was a good value for money. The fact that tea comes in a beautiful large cup was also appreciated.

We had arrived the buffet in the first night. Not too bad, but also not very special as per buffet. Not too many decisions and no special court. I heard the other dishes are more beautiful there, maybe a try for something else next... Mal. Reserva una mesa ahora

Wir waren 5 mal in der Bündnersube essen, egal ob regionale Themenabende wie Racelette, Fondue oder Cordon blue sowie Gerichte aus der Karte alles war frisch liebevoll und schmackhaft angerichtet. Tolle Küche

Den Hinweis für unfreundliche Bedienung kann ich nicht teilen. Bei uns war alles tiptop und die Bedienung nett und aufmerksam.Wir haben Capuns gegessen und fanden Sie wirklich lecker zubereitet.

Simpel en duur. Toen wij er waren werd maar een gerecht aangeboden. Schnitzel voor 30€. Wijn nog duurder.
