I had several hrs before our flight back home. I'm glad we stopped at buona restaurant and grill. Very tasty son his friend enjoyed they're food and ?.Will definitely eat there again when up that way Italian beef sub with peppers and light gravy. Was killer.??????????Mrs had a salad bowl either she was hungry, or it was tasty.Thanks. Oh the 3 Canolies with pistachio nuts What!! I killed them excuse my language if seems offensive. ?????
I have never been to a fast food chain and been served with so much respect, each and everytime! To whom ever it may concern, corporate, hr, Buona staff… outstanding job on hiring such class act individuals! Thank you. We need more of this type of customer service, in America. Other fast food chains can really learn a thing or two from Buona’s staff.
I visited this restaurant to redeem my Buona Beef reward points and enjoyed a complimentary Italian Beef. There was one customer ahead of me, and we were the only two in line. After the cashier took the order of the person in front of me, she stepped away, leaving me to wait about a minute longer before she finally took my order.
Okay. So, I love beefs. I'm from Chicago and have had many beefs in my life.I ordered 2 large beefs and they were mostly bread. Very dissapointing. No beef spilled out at all. All I would say to the restaurant is to not be skimpy on the beef or peppers.Otherwise, the whole experience would have been better. Reserva una mesa ahora
While the food is delicious, I encountered an employee whose manner of speaking was quite poor, which made me consider leaving the restaurant and canceling my orders. On a positive note, parking is convenient.
It's been a long time since I've been to avec so it was wonderful getting to go again this month. The food is as delicious as ever and I really love the atmosphere of the space.
This was the littlest beef I have had in Chicago. It was actually half a beef with no meat, and for almost $17, there are much better beef spots throughout
