I went to this restaurant before a concert. The food was excellent, but unfortunately, they were severely understaffed. I would have expected them to have more employees working, especially being so close to the Allstate Arena on a concert night. The food was delicious as usual, but I was disappointed that it took so long to receive our order. We even had to inquire about our food with our receipt. It shouldn't take over thirty minutes to get food at a restaurant like this. Despite the slow service, we will give them another chance, hoping that it was just an off day for them.
I am a chicago beef sandwich fan and have tried many of them during the years. I have been to a few Buonas whe whenever in Chicago and have always found them to be delicious. Today, however, there was something different about the taste! I couldn't put my figure on it. Some spice didn't taste right.
Great service, delicious food. Love the Pommes. I even think Buona is better than Portillos (yes throw tomatoes) anyway I even buy the frozen tub to cook in the Crock Pot, which is how much I love Buona Beefs! Someone who never had problems in this place.
I flew in to Ohair and was staying in the area. Got here about a hour before they closed. Wasn't sure what to expect but the food was really good and I'd definitely eat here again. I guess the only negative thing would be that they have Pepsi products.

We used their website to order ahead. Customizations on both sandwiches were ignored, and one sandwich was completely wrong. It was supposed to be a Cheesy, but no cheese was visible.
Stopped there before a show at the Allstate arena. Great food, wonderful servers and employees. Very friendly!
May have changed management. Less beef on sandwich. Margarita pizza not as good as in the past.
This was my first time trying the chili and I would definitely order it again.

These are the best beefs in Chicago. They have tremendous cheeseburgers, too.
Salads and bowls are super filling and the beef, I mean it's in the name...
