We visited this place twice .good hotel good location very good food. But I had sadly experienced the waitress, serving when we ate our dinner last visit Becouse I did not use correct knives for my bread SHE IS LOUD . And she is much to do to say that she has prescribed me KNIFE for my girlfriend. (and all the guests will listen to me and look at me.

Matters a disaster. Shower head unclean and when an energy supplement is collected, I also want to have a warm room. The heater wasn't warmer than the hatchwarm. Breakfast is okay. Location is great. 4 stars that it is definitely not worth. Was disappointed and left after a night because of the condition of the mattress.

The 4 courses menu in the Ritterkeller was super delicious. The ambience is wonderful with the fireplace, the masonry and the different levels of the dining rooms. Our Christmas graduation party was very good. Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Romantic, Kid-friendly

We were just food,not in the hotelThe restaurant and the ambience really great and the food was Knaller,I can only say and recommend. Must have been done.
