So we decided to try in Easterburg. the Osterburg is an old häuptlingsburg with restaurant and caffe with large outdoor area. because we had the last free space on the parking lot, we had no hope for a free seating place. but we had luck, which meant friendly service performance when we wait a moment will be a table free. after a reasonable waiting period we got our ordered cake pieces. we had fried beerbaiser, a large piece for 4,10 € and apfelkuchen fo...
Today we came by chance at the “Osterburg Burgcafé Bistros”. During the heat on 15.09. we came spontaneously to drink something. A picturesque outer area at the edge of the semicircular bed with fragrant roses, sages and other garden herbs. The friendly service quickly brought us the desired “cooling”. When looking at the menu and the side tables we were a little hungry ... everything looks so delicious and out and is so appealing! Now that we just came from breakfast, we will probably visit the “Osterburg Burgcafé Bistro” for a second time this week to eat.
A wonderful cafe/restaurant. We received a very warm welcome and great care was taken to fulfill all our wishes not easy with an old lady with dementia. Nevertheless, the staff was always friendly and approachable. The food was excellent we are already looking forward to our next visit. kuchen really very tasty! looked like homemade and very well tasted! plastified carving with bratkartoffels and pfancakes with fruits unfortunately extremely bad (probably heated in the microwave). carving has lost panade that was soggy. fruits in pancakes floating in cheaper sugar sauce, countable. much too sweet. outside very nice environment. in order, so like for coffee and cake again.

Schnitzel lost panade that was dirty. Fruits in pancakes floating in cheap sugar sauce, countable. Too sweet. Outside very nice ambience. All right. So for coffee and cake like to be back.
This coffee is a real gold piece! The cake is supper delicious! A large cup of milk coffee also very delicious! The cold drinks are also really very well cooled! And I was glad to finally have visited a coffee once, where the Corona rules were applied consistently!!! DANKE! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Cleanliness is good to very good!
We dropped by with a group of approx. 20 people and were asked beforehand to indicate what we wanted to eat. We did and then the service was swift and accurate. The food was tasty and the ambiance cosy. We recommend to take a guided tour to the adjacent historic building and the park.
The pancake was delicious and very appealing. However, the staff was completely overwhelmed. It took a long time. This was a shame, because it has a little the positive image of the café and the surrounding area.
