The state of the showers/bathrooms was expected for the price, they worked fine. So was the room condition. Unfortunately the service was nothing short of appalling. Most personnel were really nice and wanted to help us any way they could, but the communication between them seemed to lack. There were problems with the booking (they had stated that everything had worked out, but when we arrived there were problems none the less) and there were no breakfast alternatives even though we had payed for it to be included. We were promised free beers as compensation, which they could not deliver. Will not be staying at this place again, but the price was good I guess.
Great location for anyone who is visiting London or like us need an overnight for a flight. Straightforward check in with helpful staff. Free WiFi. Bar open 24 hours which doubles as the lounge for guests. Chilled atmosphere and good selection of beer. Beds were clean and comfy. On the downside, esp if you've stayed at the YHA, no lights by the beds means you do need your phone/torch. Also one of the bunk beds was right next to the door (Beds 1 3) and I think it would have been very hard to sleep. Beds 4 9 are furthest away from the door. Toilets/showers felt a bit grubby and the floor was permanently wet I wanted flip flops.
I was the manager here once a upon a time. It was fine, it was groovy, and every so often I did a little dance. But when the clouds were dark so was the interior of this pub. I had a good pet, I called him mine, I think he tried to say he was Damien. But whatever they were good times apart from the dark clouds. All in all I wouldn't use the hostel except to wipe myself. Have a good day but maybe think about the world too if you're lucky.
It was bothering me here that male receptionists/cleaners don't bother to knock before entering the all female room. People are changing and they just barge in. They should know better. EDIT: When asked to knock the next time the staff member was very unapologetic and said he needs to do his job. While I understand that, there are nicer ways to do it and speak with people. In good hostels such a behaviour is not the norm.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it did the job! Staff were nice, the beds were reasonably comfortable and the bus stop was literally in front of the hostel. Very convenient. The neighbourhood was nice and I felt very safe there as a solo traveller. However the showers and bathrooms were forever flooded with water, they smelt of urine and for the amount of people staying there, there weren’t enough bathrooms/showers.
This is a very English-style pub. I stayed in the hostel on the upper floor and the bar, which was always open for us, was truly fantastic. Although I didn't try the burger, the beer menu was impressive. During my visits, it wasn't very crowded. It's the only bar in the area that stays open late at night. We had a wonderful time there.

If you want a cheap bed in a clean room in London, you can't go wrong. Nice little pub with friendly staff. 5 min walk from Victoria train/coach station. Great value and will definitely stay again

Didn't stay in the hotel part. Had pulled pork loaded fries that were tasty and very filling. The White hot chocolate drink was a tad disappointing though tasted pretty much like warm milk.
Its not good not too bad.Best thing is its very near to Victoria coach station and Victoria train station.Overall its ok .
