A chacun de mes retours a Pietracorbara, je retourne manger dans ce petit restaurant convivial et je ne suis jamais deçu! La cuisine est locale, avec d’excellents produits qu’on ne retrouve nulle part ailleurs (sirops locaux du maquis : immortelle, romarin… . La viande est excellente, les produits sont frais. De plus on est reçus dans un cadre sympathique et luxuriant. Ne comptez pas y trouver des produits mondialisés (sodas, etc car l’écologie y est une valeur cardinale ! Lieu a voir
A little foodtruck hidden on the Cap Corse road. The dishes were excellent, cooked with fresh and local products, and the boss extremely pleasant and welcoming. To test absolutely!!

Much more than a simple beach food-truck: delicious burgers entirely homemade and an establishment held by a friendly and colorful boss. Too good!!!
