Burger In Spr - Reserva de mesa

I have very mixed feelings about this place. It is a bar that serves burgers. I went on a Thursday at 6:30 and the place was packed. There were only hi-top tables open. There were 2 groups of 12 taking up most of the regular tables and those guests lingered so the tables were not turning over. Service was not great. We got drinks right away (Guiness on draft) but our food took 30 minutes. The burgers were done exactly as requested but my sweet potato fries were burnt and their homemade chips were overly crispy. The restaurant claims to offer a cash discount, but it amounted to $1.50 on a $40 tab. I m not sure if I would go back

My friend and I just left after having lunch there. I ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. The sandwich was so-so. No chipotle flavor. Server brought waffle fries. I told her that I ordered sweet potato fries. She stood there and argued with me telling me that I ordered waffle fries. I said I did not. She offered to get them for me. Since we waited a good 20 minutes for what we got, I told her not to bother. The waffle fries would have been alright except that they were cold!

We tried something different for us while in Springfield, Illinois. This was a small facility and the night we visited was karaoke night and the volume was up loud. The food was delicious and the waiter did a great job. The white cheddar mac was simply amazing on top of the burger. My only issue was the volume of the karaoke, otherwise it would all be 5 stars.

Was told to try this place. Called for the 1st time for an appetizer and was told I had to put a card on file. Absolutely tf not!! I am paying with cash and will not put a card on file for an appetizer,, plenty other options in Springfield that do not request a card on file. Reserva una mesa ahora

Had never been to Burger Bar, went for a small bday party gathering and was very pleased with where experience. BB had trivia game start while we were there, we played. Won 2nd place. Fun atmosphere. Friendly prompt and quality service. Food delish. Highly recommend.

Was visiting one of my kids an they suggested eating here...holy cow ..the fried cheese curds were amazing!!! The grilled chicken sandwich was so good an way too big of a portion...it made 2 meals....would definitely go back

The burgers are really good! We do not live in Springfield but a must to go eat there when we are in town!

Great burgers. Must order medium doneness if that's your preference, not the default.
