As an American living in Northern Ireland, I have experience with fast food. I recently tried to order at a drive-thru but drove away when my order wasn't taken. Do Burger King's burgers taste better than McDonald's? Yes, but they're also more expensive. Despite this, my biggest issue is the lack of customer service at this place. My last order was incorrect and I was charged more than I should have been. Having lived in England for 16 years and Northern Ireland for 3, I've noticed that customer service in many restaurants is lacking. Called in this afternoon to get something for my children, drive through ordering service was out of order so we drove up to the window, after waiting approximately 10 minutes with nobody taking any notice of us I drove away with no food, at one point a fella did say he 'd be just 'a wee sec ' but then continued to serve orders inside and totally ignored the queue of cars outside, now numbering about 6/7.... Really bad customer service, no excuse..... Won 't be back
I so love the halloumi burgers these guys do , they are deliciously calorific but so so tasty and made just as you want it hard to refuse really !! This place is lovely and clean with excellent service and the staff always have a ready smile or maybe I just have that guilty look of someone sneaking in for a diet busting treat.
I went to this restaurant for lunch on a Saturday with my two grandsons. It was busy both at the drive-thru and inside, but the food was served quickly and was all fresh and hot. The only downside was the baby changing facilities, as the floor was extremely wet and slippery.

Was shopping at tescos last week and decided to have a burger. Ordered a cheeseburger and a drink. The staff were efficient and took my order. Not much of a wait. Tasty burger,not a dry patie and I enjoyed it. The toilets were very clean. A good experience. Thank you. Jim.
Arrived at 5.15pm placed our order and sat for 25 min waiting on two burger meals, building was like a ice box so was freezing before it was ready. Won't be back. Needs managed properly. And because the building was so cold the food chilled quickly. Dissatisfied.
Poor customer service... Staff that on shift more interested in talking amongst them selves .... Only can serve one person at any one time.... Manager and supervisor present ... You wonder how they in these jobs... Poor service no skills at all...
I always enjoy the food once it finally arrives, but the long lines at the drive-thru seem unnecessary when the restaurant is empty inside. I've noticed the portions, especially the fries, getting smaller.

We called in for a quick lunch. Ordered the double cheeseburger special. Service was efficient and server pleasant. The burgers were as expected and just what we wanted. Thank you Jim and lorraine.
A much welcome site with great drive thru service and great Burgers and other bit and bobs. Maybe just not in the mood to cook and heading home from elsewhere, it's an easy drop in option.
