If you want a horrible experience of ordering take-out from a Burger King... this is definitely the store you would like to try. I have been to this store at different times of the day... and always I feel that the drive thru is King here. This last time..i was fourth in line... with nobody waiting for food...and it took 25 min. to get one whopper. It felt like there would be 3 orders going out of the drive through... while only one order would be served through the take out line. I should have driven 3.2 miles to get moderate service from St Ann 's BK... or back tracked 5 miles to get great service from Brentwood 's BK. I have been there when people have complained.. they shrug... apologize...
I was completely surprised by my experience today at Burger King. I ordered two BBQ King burger combos, requesting one with two bottom buns, for lunch with my dad. When I got home, I found that one of the burgers was missing its buns! I called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake, and the manager asked if I was nearby. Initially, I thought they wanted me to come back to pick up a replacement, but I told him I was at home, though not too far away. To my astonishment, he told me they would deliver the replacement burger to my house! I couldn't believe it. What an outstanding store!
Went through the drive-thru and had a wonderful young lady named Christian who took my order very friendly very attentive. Pull to the next window to also be greeted by another wonderful face and a wonderful smile keep up the great work team it's nice to have a positive drive-thru
I waited 30 minutes just to place my order at this Burger King, and it took another 2 hours to receive my food! When it finally arrived, it was bland and cold. If you want your meal in an hour, I recommend using the drive-thru instead!

I would give this restaurant 5 stars! I ordered my food through DoorDash, and it was absolutely excellent! The sauces and spices were perfectly stored, and as always, the Whopper tasted amazing!
I know it's fast food but my order is always correct, the flavor is consistent, the staff is always nice, and even when the line looks long it moves relatively quickly. What else do you want?
I have never had a problem at this restaurant. My Whopper was really good, and the manager was very helpful. I will definitely come back when I'm hungry!
The service at this restaurant is extremely slow. I had to wait 45 minutes for my food to arrive, which felt like a waste of time.

The restaurant is very clean, including the bathrooms. The staff is really friendly and accommodating.
The food is always good ,it don't be dry and everything always work...I like ice cream ?
