I haven't visited BK in a while, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the service, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. They were out of apple juice for the kids' meal but offered a fountain drink or orange juice as alternatives. We chose the orange juice, and it came in a good-sized bottle. There was an unhappy customer who used profanity and made a comment about the cashier giving him the middle finger. However, the cashier handled the situation very professionally; she didn't respond and simply gave him his food and change. My kids did mention that the bathroom had a bad smell, but that's somewhat expected.
As someone who works in the food industry, I strongly urge you to consider closing this location for health and safety reasons. The Coca-Cola machine was dirty, the ice machine was not functioning, there were no paper towels in the restroom, and the staff were not wearing clean uniforms. Moreover, all the dining tables were unclean, but the most alarming issue was the poor quality of the meat; I felt ill just 30 minutes after my meal, likely due to cross-contamination.
If you're a potential customer, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this location to avoid wasting your money. This review is entirely impartial.
I placed a mobile order when the restaurant and drive-thru were both empty, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes before I had to go ask someone about it. I had specifically requested that my food be made fresh, which they did, but by the time I received it, it was completely cold. I’ve been trying to give Burger King the benefit of the doubt, but it seems like there’s a problem at every location I visit. On top of that, the lack of professionalism at this Burger King was disappointing, as employees were using inappropriate language.
Wow! Who's behind this transformation? This restaurant typically serves average food—around a solid 5 out of 10. But today, everything, from my fries to the burger and chicken sandwich I ordered, was exceptionally fresh and satisfying! I’d give it a perfect 10 out of 10! I understand it's just fast food, but quality is so important, and if it maintains this level of freshness, it would be hard to rate it any lower! Thank you for a delightful lunch!

It appears that this Burger King was out of burger patties, so instead of the Whoppers I ordered, I received some stale chicken sandwiches. I paid the same price for food that clearly wasn’t fresh. I didn’t get what I wanted at BK, and I’m really disappointed with this location. Businesses like this won’t last long if they keep serving outdated food to unsuspecting customers. They should be ashamed!
Ordered through the app and still missing items in my order. Like how do you miss the item with only me ordering? No wonder it’s always empty.
The location is fantastic, but the breakfast croissant was dry, and the tater tots were cold. I hope they can improve this next time!

Avoid using the drive-thru! You'll end up waiting for a long time, even if there's no one ahead of you.
It was ok. Got the 2 for 5 whoppers. Not so whopping. Will order the large burger next time.
