The food standard is Burger King standard perhaps. I went there after a concert to grab a quick burger, that's what I thought. No, not quick at all. First, the ordering machines ran out of ticket paper. Once there, you can see the food was nowhere ready. It took me nearly 30 mins for my simple burger to be delivered. Some customers were there for longer than me. I remember when this was open a few years back before lockdown, I was there seeing piles of orders stacked up with all sort of burgers in trays randomly. The screen of order numbers (I'd say close to 100, if not over) was full, as the customers in the waiting area. It clearly needs some change in management but it didn't seem to have...
Food good as usual service terrible guy hardly cracked a smile virtually chucked the tray at us but then the eiofy drinks are self service you need to scan a qr code to get your drink ,as visitors both our phones were charging in the hotel. The staff asked for help just looked at each other one actually did shrug his shoulders eventually got our drinks with the help of a young Chinese lass with a mobile phone the size of a small suitcase.struggled to find a table as several tables occupied but random tourists coming in and out charging phones and laptops and using the wi fi . Won't be back to ANY BURGER KING.
Worse burgerking ever, bad service charged double then left waiting ages for refund saying couldn't refund , then said manager just gone on break was definitely trying to just make ne say forget and leave had to stand my ground then manager suddenly appear by miracle, lots of complaints just while I waited , bad service just felt ignored but quick to take money
Didn't like this place at all. Too many mistakes on my order when there was anything hard to do. They missed my chicken nuggets and when I got there to ask for then the package had 5 instead of 6. No napkins, and the sandwich had to be with no onion, they also wrote it on the wrapping paper, instead on the inside there were onions. Never going there again.

Visited 6pm on a Sunday, they wouldn't take cash, had to use the self service ordering device which a 80 something woman was struggling with. Waited ages, food was cold, sent back for hotter stuff. Toilets hadn't been cleaned for ages, soup dispenser in ladies not working, dryer in men's, not working. Expected better for princess st. Edinburgh
No one is answering the phone, there's no way to complain a non delivery the only options are to leave messages on the website that take 2 days to come back! I've occasionally had an issue with the wrong order, but I've been phoning non stop and no one is answering there's no way to contact anyone about this. Terrible.
I had lunch at this restaurant, or at least I tried to. The burgers were extremely dry and the fries were overcooked. It took forever to receive our food, so overall it was a big disappointment. How can you operate a business like this?
We were disappointed that our order of chili cheese bites was forgotten and our chargers were not working. The food was generally good, although the cheeseburger was cold and did not have any cheese. The service was not very good.

Positive note: The french fries were tasty and the restaurant is conveniently located on Princes Street.
Overall, I would not go back or recommend this place. It's better to steer clear.
