The people in here work hard. Sometimes they are under staffed but it is not their fault nor corporates. Unfortunately there just isn't enough people that see value in working a job, any job to pay bills with their own money and play the game with dignity. I had originally written a 1 star review because of the location shutting down an hr early and being effected by the line being cut off. But after speaking with the professional 18 yr old man managing this location I realized what the true reality of the circumstances were.
I had a great experience at this restaurant after a disappointing encounter at two Burger Kings in Whitehall. I had to leave one because the girl at the Drive-Thru was rude, and the other told me to come back in six minutes. However, a few weeks ago, Dante provided excellent service, so I decided to return and let him know I’d mention his name in a review. Managers, please take good care of him—it's rare to find dedicated employees like him in today’s world.
Landed at Columbus International, and decided to stop here for a bite. I'm from Florida, and this BK has by far the best chicken fries my girlfriend and I have ever had. A good chicken to breading ratio. My girlfriend got the original chicken sandwich, and I got the spicy chicken sandwich. Both were really good. The staff was courteous and cordial. Very respectful and apologized for the wait, which was about 3 minutes. Awesome service and food for fast food.
I've only visited this restaurant once, and I had a great experience. However, based on other reviews, it seems to be a bit inconsistent. The only issue I encountered was that the shake machine was broken, which seems to be a common problem at Burger King lately (not just at McDonald's). The fries were fresh and nicely salted, and the burgers were also very good and fresh.

Ordered at the drive thru. My sandwich, a Bacon Crispy Chicken, actually resembled the menu photo. First time ordering it and it was actually very good. Had the combo with French fries (they could have been hotter but didn't taste old at least)
Store Manager Jennifer I think her name was great!! Your crew was friendly and gave me salt pepper and ketchup without even having to ask me. Something you don't get in fast food restaurants with friendly courtesy anymore!
