I am aware of the reputation of this place, but I decided to get a quick bite anyway. I was pleasantly surprised, fast service and a friendly staff in the window. My order was on site and was made perfect. With a number of negative reviews, I felt that it was justified to also bring attention to a positive experience. Update 2/4: I came back to this place hoping for a repetition of the great service I had before. It wasn't as good as before, it was better. There were four vehicles before us and we had our meals after a maximum of two minutes. Service was great and there were friendly staff again. The food was wonderful. Whatever they do now, it works and then some.

It seemed like they were undermined, but it is Michigan during Covid-19. The food was hot and the order was accurate. I have nothing more than what I expected.
