I went to this location I was questioning because the rep actually held my card the whole entire time which is not the norm usually they swipe and give it back! I waited till I received my receipt and looked at my account there was two purchases made instead of one! Call to ask for a manager and the manager said that I was incorrect and to call my bank! This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. I know it's fast food, so I don't expect five-star dining, but they don't even make an effort. The fries taste stale, and when I asked for a fresh batch, the staff claimed they were fresh, but they were old and cold. The burger buns were stale, too, and there was never any drink available in the soda machine. I'm honestly surprised this place is still open. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. Avoid this location; the quality of both the food and customer service is truly disappointing.
This place is a dump! I walked in and was greeted by a “worker” who slid out of the sectioned off booths with a “what’sup”. The fries he was going to attempt to serve me were disgusting! This is a new location, I cannot understand the subpar service and low quality food. Burger king? Burger peasant!

The tables were dirty, and the staff appeared to be overworked and underpaid. I was quite disappointed to witness the manager yelling aggressively at the employees about their hours. It was very unprofessional. However, the food was delicious and fresh.

Ordered a 8pcs chicken nuggets and a free kids meal, didn't get a kid's toy and the fries and nuggets where soft and COLD! The cashier was nice.
Absolutely fantastic! The food there is delicious, the staff are very friendly to customers, and their service is quick and efficient.

Employees are polite, short lines, mozzarella sticks are a hit or miss whether they’re overly dry/cooked
