The male manager attempted to confront a woman who was merely pointing out that the floor was wet and could be a safety hazard. He followed her to her car, engaging in a back-and-forth exchange filled with insults. It’s concerning that a man employed by your company would act so aggressively towards a woman. If I were in her position, I would consider suing, especially since this incident was recorded on video. When asked for his name and that of his supervisor, he claimed that he was the supervisor.
Do not order online they sent me the wrong food and did not answer the phone. The food the sent me was old and the fries was very old soggy looking look like Food was cooked in old Grease I threw all of it away. Burger King on Harvard need to be closed period. The service is nasty inside and online a shame that people don’t care what they serve to the customers SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!
The issue is that they stop serving breakfast at a certain time, which really frustrates me. It’s hard to enjoy two croissant sandwiches when they start serving lunch too early. I’m not going back there and will find another Burger King instead.
They were good when we 1st moved u here. Now it's ridiculous, I waited 12 minutes for my order,only car in line. All that time and my order was wrong and cold. They about bad as Popeye's on Lee

On that day, drive-thru service was actually pretty good for a change. The Whopper meal (no pickles) was tasty-good, and sweet made just right. ...put a smile on my face.
The food was served cold, several items were missing from our order, and the management was uncooperative and unwilling to address the issues.
I ordered 16 nugget and they gave me 2 bbq sauces, I wanted to pay 80 cents for 2 more sauces I will not
Dirty place and slow. Guy with cigarette behind counter. Was not lit but not a good look.

The dining room closed at dinner time. Employees outside smoking pot at the door.
