The reviews about the weird wait times are accurate. I waited 5 minutes for the car in front of me to place their order, was asked at the ordering screen to wait “just a second” which lasted another 5 minutes, and waited a final 5 minutes for the car in front of me at the window. The line behind me backed up pretty far. They said their system was having issues, but I have a hard time believing it since this issue and excuse go back at least a year. To top it all off, they apparently no longer give sauces (my order came with none and have a printout in the window saying they cost 25¢ each. The burger was beautifully presented, served hot, and prepared exactly to my specifications. The fries were crisp and fresh, with just the right amount of salt, just as I requested. My order was ready before I could even grab my two iced teas. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making it easy to strike up a conversation with them. I truly appreciate their hard work—thank you and God bless you all. I believe people should be more understanding; the employees do their best, and if you were to try their job for a day, you would see just how challenging it can be. Drinks were wrong, sandwiches were done wrong, fries barely cooked. This was an awful experience. Of course they fixed it for us, but thats because I know better than to leave the parking lot without checking. Usually 1 or 2 things wrong. If you can't make a plain double cheeseburger, cook fries till they are done, how are you going to get $15 an hr?? Better question, why??

I requested jalapeños and was charged 50 cents, but I only received three tiny slices—not worth it at all. The manager was closely monitoring the cooks and seemed very focused on the condiments, which made the experience less enjoyable. I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. There was an employee with purple hair who was very rude and disrespectful. He made fun of me and used inappropriate language. I sincerely hope Burger King takes action against him, whether through suspension or termination, as his behavior was completely unacceptable.

I ordered a meal and specified my preferences three times, but they still got it wrong. They refused to remake it or issue a refund. I don’t recommend this place.

System was updating so I couldn’t order food. Was told 5-10 min wait which turned into it being another 20 min. Lol I gave up on this place after today.

Website says this location closes at 11 but seems like the staff close when ever they want. Sometimes 9, 930…. They block the driveway with a cone. Reserva una mesa ahora

I was here for 30 minutes and ended up not getting my food very unpleasant and unreal worst service I have ever had.
