Absolute rudest drive thru worker I 've ever seen. We ordered through the app and at the window he failed to give us our order three times. He became annoyed and angry very quickly, when we politely just kept having to ask for our stuff that he kept giving us only parts of. Finally he treated us like we were stupid for not knowing the last item, ice cream, they didn 't have because we ordered through the app, like we 're magically supposed to know why he didn 't give it to us. In the end he just told us it 's not his problem and closed the window on us. If you don 't have something, just TELL US when you give us the order. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two quarter pound King burgers for $7 each, with extra ketchup. I also got a large order of fries, two chocolate chip cookies for $1, and an ice water. The service at the drive-thru was excellent - the staff taking my order, handling payment, and giving me my food were all friendly. The burgers were made just the way I like them, the fries were perfect, and the cookies were fresh and soft. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to come back again. But for now, I'll save that for another time.

I ordered a regular ice cream this morning at Burger King. After paying and waiting, one of the workers actually double-checked my order to make sure it was a regular ice cream. To my disappointment, when I received my coffee, it turned out to be a bland vanilla iced coffee. The only thing Burger King seems to excel at is getting people's orders wrong, and their vanilla ice cream is not even good.

Not the best BK, not the worst. The staff is polite they try hard. They’re having staffing problems like everyone. There’s an apology sign in the window saying “we’re going as fast as we can”. Any of the burgers are good, never cold. The fries are hit or miss. However for $1.29 their ice cream cup or cone is BY FAR the best value for a cold treat. McD’s are twice the price. Got a whopper with no onion or tomato and had wayyy too much maynoise, like it was overflowing from the sides and on the top of the bun. I will never go back here again.

Consistently getting the orders wrong and its so out of the way that you don't want to turn back to correct them when you find they messed up
