This morning, I visited Euston Station for breakfast and was attended to by one of your staff members, Salih Ahmed. My experience was excellent; he was polite, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. He was also quite funny and clearly dedicated to his job. What a delightful young man—he truly brightened my day. The next time I pass through the station, I will certainly return to this branch, and I hope he will be there to serve me again. He definitely deserves the five stars I’m giving him. Thank you!

This morning I went to Euston Station to catch my train to Manchester. I went to breakfast and was served by one of your employees named Salih Ahmed. It was a good experience, he was courteous, professional, excellent customer service, funny and very dedicated to his job. What a charming young man, he did my day. Next time I will go through the station, I will definitely return to this branch and hopefully he will be there to serve me again. That's why he's got 5 stars from me because he deserves it. Ghosh was a superstar. He was friendly, quick and efficient. I asked him some questions during my order, which he answered quickly and without holding up other orders. I will come back again and I hope I see Ghosh, or someone as good each time. Top of the class for my visit, thank you.
