We always visit Burger King around 7 or 8 pm, but it’s always closed despite Google listing the closing time as 10 pm. At 7 pm, they’re already shut, which is frustrating. They should address this issue—if the current staff don’t want to work, they should hire others. There are often many cars waiting, only to be told the place is closed so early. No matter what time you come, this Burger King seems to always have a closed sign. It’s disappointing, especially when you want to check out their menu.
This was the most disappointing restaurant experience I've ever had. I waited in the drive-thru line at 8 PM, but no one took my order. Although there were employees inside, they seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. At one point, the car ahead of me just drove off because they weren’t being assisted. This Burger King definitely needs to hire staff who are motivated to work!
This Burger King has a very clean dining area, and the wheelchair-accessible restrooms were kept in good condition. The cashier, José, was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. As usual, the burgers were excellent. However, there were a few homeless individuals hanging around the parking lot, asking for money, which made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable.
At Burger King, the drive-thru experience was disappointing due to a rude staff member who gave my order to someone else. When I pointed it out, they told me to stop being rude and walked away without even apologizing. I had to wait over 10 minutes for my new order. Definitely not the level of service I expected, especially when the menu is otherwise appealing.
